Cooks Coffee reported an 84% increase in FY26 revenue to NZ$12.4m, with UK and Ireland store sales up 22.8% to NZ$95.8m. EBITDA rose to NZ$1.3m, while the group reduced debt and expanded its network to 105 sites.

Cooks Coffee said Esquires store sales rose to £43.1 million in FY26, up 22.8%, with fourth-quarter sales increasing 17.6% to £11.2 million as the group expanded its store network to 118 locations.
Cooks Coffee Company says Esquires is entering its next phase with fresh industry recognition, four new Irish openings due in the next six weeks and a franchise model increasingly centred on proven multi-site operators. Brendan Duigenan also highlights the group’s growing loyalty base, focus on food and beverage innovation, and a stronger push to tell its sustainability story more clearly.
Esquires Coffee received two awards at the Irish Franchise Association Awards 2026, including Franchisee of the Year in Food and Beverage and Franchisor of the Year in the Expanding category.
