CMC Connect broadens institutional Prime Services opportunity

CMC Markets Plc

CMC Markets has expanded its institutional offering with the launch of new Prime Services capabilities through CMC Connect, the group’s institutional division. The move adds a broader set of tools for professional clients that require financing, execution and post-trade support within a single operating environment.

the launch points to continued product development in areas of institutional demand. Prime services can deepen relationships with professional clients by supporting more complex trading activity across multiple asset classes. This may improve CMC’s positioning with institutions that want fewer operational touchpoints, stronger connectivity and more flexible access to global markets.

The new capabilities are designed around changing trading strategies among institutional clients. CMC Connect is combining flexible financing, multi-asset execution and post-trade support. Institutional clients often assess providers on efficiency, resilience and the ability to support activity before, during and after a trade.

The platform gives clients access to global cash equities, ETFs and synthetic single stock exposure. These instruments can be reached through direct market access and smart order routing across exchanges, multilateral trading facilities and liquidity venues worldwide. For clients, this can support broader market access and execution choice.

CMC Markets plc (LON:CMCX) is a UK-based financial services company that offers online trading in shares, spread betting, contracts for difference and foreign exchange across world markets.
