Chemring Group New CFO joins 1 November 2023

Further to the statement made on 24 May 2023 in which the Chemring Group (LON:CHG) announced the appointment of James Mortensen as Chief Financial Officer, Chemring has now announced that James will join the Board of Chemring on 1 November 2023.

Following a hand over period and the publication of the Group’s results for the year ended 31 October 2023, scheduled to be released on 12 December 2023, James will take up his role on 1 January 2024. At this point Andrew Lewis will step down from the Board. He will leave Chemring on 19 January 2024.
