Cerillion recognised in Gartner report for AI-enabled telecoms marketing and sales

Cerillion

Cerillion has been included in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for CSP AI-Enabled Marketing and Sales Solutions, recognising its development of artificial intelligence capabilities within its business support software for telecommunications providers.

Announced on 7 October, the recognition covers solutions that use AI to support communications service providers (CSPs) in marketing and sales, including tools embedded within business support systems and standalone applications. Cerillion is also included in Gartner’s accompanying Critical Capabilities report, which assesses vendors across four marketing and sales use cases.

The company’s approach combines AI assistants and agents with a model-agnostic architecture, allowing telecoms operators to apply AI across product creation, sales, service fulfilment, charging and billing.

Its AI Management Centre provides centralised governance over AI model usage, while its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server enables controlled access to business and operational support system capabilities. Agent2Agent support is designed to facilitate collaboration between Cerillion’s own agents and those developed by customers or third parties.

Chief executive Louis Hall said the inclusion reflected investment in embedding AI directly into Cerillion’s software and connecting it to the operational systems used by telecommunications providers.

Cerillion plc (LON:CER) is a leading provider of billing, charging and customer management systems with more than 20 years’ experience delivering its solutions across a broad range of industries including the telecommunications, finance, utilities and transportation sectors.
