Cerillion has gained further industry recognition after its team helped deliver an award-winning Catalyst project at DTW Ignite 2026, one of the telecoms sector’s key events for communications service providers and technology suppliers.
The project, Hyperconnected Intelligent Network of Trust for Supply Chain Phase III, won the Best Moonshot Catalyst award for the Composable IT and Ecosystem challenge. Cerillion contributed billing and multi-party settlement capabilities through its BSS/OSS Suite.
The project addressed a clear commercial issue for telecoms operators: how to support complex enterprise services that involve multiple partners, different network types and more advanced charging models. As telecoms services move beyond basic connectivity, operators need systems that can handle monetisation, settlement and service coordination across broader ecosystems.
Cerillion’s BSS/OSS Suite supported the project’s commercial layer, helping demonstrate how services involving terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks can be managed and monetised.
The Catalyst also showed how communications service providers can support more resilient supply chains by using trusted connectivity, intelligent decisioning and partner orchestration. These are practical areas of focus for the sector as businesses become more dependent on reliable digital infrastructure and real-time network services.
The project was backed by major industry participants including Airbus, Elisa, Skylo, TELUS and Terrestar. Cerillion’s involvement alongside these organisations gives the company useful exposure to industry-led work around next-generation service models. It also shows that its platform can play a role in multi-party environments where billing and settlement are central to making new services commercially viable.
Cerillion also took part in a second Moonshot Catalyst project at DTW Ignite 2026, which was shortlisted for the same award. That project focused on the use of autonomous AI agents to orchestrate, assure and monetise mission-critical connectivity across complex event ecosystems.
