Celltech secures funding to support UK telecoms infrastructure growth

Arbuthnot Banking Group

Celltech Communications has secured a new funding package to support its continued growth and expansion across the UK telecommunications infrastructure market.

The funding has been provided through a combination of confidential invoice discounting and a revolving credit facility, giving Celltech additional working capital as it expands and pursues new opportunities.

Celltech provides specialist services for mobile telecommunications infrastructure. Its work includes rigging, electrical services, logistics and surveying for the installation, upgrading, maintenance and decommissioning of mobile telecommunications towers.

The new funding is intended to give the business greater flexibility as it moves into its next stage of growth.

Celltech received significant investment from private equity firm Key Capital Partners in December 2025. That investment supported the company’s founders and provided funding for the business to accelerate its expansion.

The latest funding package adds further working capital to support the company’s operations as demand for telecommunications infrastructure develops across the UK.

The revolving credit facility provides access to funding that can be used as the business requires it, while the invoice discounting facility provides additional working capital linked to the company’s invoices.

Together, the facilities are designed to give Celltech greater flexibility to manage its cash flow while continuing to grow.
