BAE Systems Paula Rosput Reynolds to step down from the Board to join National Grid

BAE Systems plc (LON:BA) has confirmed that Ms Paula Rosput Reynolds will step-down from its Board on 31 December 2020, having served as a non-executive director for over nine years.  As announced previously, Ian Tyler will suceed Ms Rosput Reynolds as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, with effect from the beginning of 2021.

Sir Roger Carr, Chairman, said, “Paula has made a tremendous contribution to the BAE Systems Board since joining in 2011. Hard-working and having a broad strategic perspective and a deep understanding of UK and US corporate governance, Paula has been a highly effective board member and Chair of our Remuneration Committee.  Ahead of Paula standing down from the Board at the end of the year, I would like to thank her for the great contribution she has made as a Director of BAE Systems and wish her well for when she takes up her new role at National Grid in 2021.”
