Babcock International Group Revises date for full year results and AGM

Warship

Babcock International Group plc (LON:BAB) announced today a revised date for the publication of its full year results for the year ended 31 March 2020. Results will now be published on 11 June 2020, two weeks later than the original planned date of 27 May 2020.

This change is to provide our auditors, PwC, sufficient time to complete the process of auditing our Group given the challenges that COVID-19 has created with remote working on a geographically dispersed Group.

We will hold a virtual meeting for investors and analysts on 11 June 2020 at 9:00am. Further details are available on our website.

As a result of this delay, Babcock International will now hold its AGM on 4 August 2020. Further details on the AGM arrangements will be published in due course.
