Ascential plc (LON:ASCL) has announced that on 9th September 2022, Funke Ighodaro notified the Board of her intention to step down from the Board as independent Non-Executive Director (NED).
The Board thanks Funke for her contributions and service to Ascential and wishes her success in her current and future endeavours.
