Zotefoams expands EMEA fabrication network with Polyformes appointment

Zotefoams Plc

Zotefoams has appointed Polyformes as an Approved Fabricator for EMEA, strengthening its Global Approved Partner Programme and expanding support for customers that need specialist foam packaging and engineered protection solutions.

The appointment gives Zotefoams a clearer fabrication route across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. It also formalises a long-standing relationship with Polyformes, a Leighton Buzzard-based business that became part of Macfarlane Packaging in 2024. Polyformes is described as one of Europe’s largest polyethylene foam converters and has more than 40 years of experience in bespoke foam packaging, engineered foam parts, trays, inserts, cases, bags and boxes.

Zotefoams’ materials often require specialist conversion before they are used in final applications. Foam inserts, trays and case solutions must be cut, shaped and finished accurately to protect high-value equipment, tools, technical components and defence-related products. By adding Polyformes to its approved network, Zotefoams improves its ability to match material supply with fabrication expertise in markets where reliability and protection are important.

Polyformes offers a wide range of conversion processes, including machining, moulding, thermoforming, waterjet cutting, splitting, skiving, printing, die cutting, laser engraving and bespoke flight case production.

Zotefoams plc (LON:ZTF) are the leading provider of high-performance, lightweight foams, delivering unmatched purity, quality and innovation to diverse markets worldwide.
