Time Finance to release H1 Trading Update on 16 December 2025

Time Finance plc (LON:TIME), the AIM listed independent specialist finance provider, has announced that it will be providing a Trading Update in respect of H1 FY2025/26 on 16 December 2025 in advance of the scheduled publication of the Group’s full H1 2025/26 unaudited Interim Results on 27 January 2026. The Company also provides notice of upcoming investor events.

Notice of H1 Trading Update and Outlook

The Group is planning to publish its H1 Trading Update, covering the six months to 30 November 2025, on Tuesday 16 December 2025. During the first half of the current financial year, the Group has continued to see demand from UK businesses for Time Finance’s multi-product funding offering and positive momentum has been maintained throughout September and October 2025, building on the Group’s previously announced strong performance in the first quarter of the current financial year.

This ongoing positive trading momentum provides the Board with confidence that the Group financial performance for FY 2025/26 will be at least in line with current market expectations.
