Time Finance plc (LON:TIME), the AIM listed independent specialist finance provider, has confirmed, as previously announced on 6 May 2021, that it plans to announce audited annual results for the year ended 31 May 2021 on Tuesday 21 September 2021. The Company is also pleased to announce that Ed Rimmer, CEO, and James Roberts, CFO, will deliver a live presentation relating to the Annual Results via the Investor Meet Company platform on 21 September 2021 at 1:00pm BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation. Investors can sign up to Investor Meet Company for free and add to meet Time Finance plc via: https://www.investormeetcompany.com/time-finance-plc/register-investor. Investors who already follow Time plc Finance on the Investor Meet Company platform will automatically be invited.

Time Finance’s strategy is to focus on providing or arranging the finance UK SMEs require to fund their businesses and arranging vehicle and property-backed finance for consumers. The multi-product range for SMEs includes asset, vehicle, loan and invoice finance facilities. The Group operates a “hybrid” lending and broking model enabling it to optimize business levels through market and economic cycles.
