Physitrack’s role is focused on digital rehabilitation rather than core practice administration. Physitrack provides home exercise programmes, patient engagement, adherence tracking and remote monitoring, while the EMR continues to handle clinical records, scheduling and billing. That positioning allows Physitrack to fit into existing software setups without requiring practices to replace their main operating system.
WebPT and Raintree are examples of EMR platforms used by physical therapy providers. WebPT is focused on physical therapy documentation and related workflows, while Raintree combines electronic medical records with broader practice-management functions such as scheduling, intake, billing and reporting. Physitrack sits alongside these systems rather than trying to replicate them.
The platform gives clinicians access to more than 18,000 exercise videos that can be used to create customised home exercise programmes. Patients receive those programmes through PhysiApp, where activity, progress and reported discomfort can be recorded.
Clinicians can then review adherence between appointments and adjust treatment programmes where needed. This extends the clinical relationship beyond the treatment room and gives providers more visibility into what patients are doing between visits.
Physitrack also offers remote therapeutic monitoring tools for US practices. These tools can record patient activity and clinician time and organise information for clinical review. Billing decisions remain with licensed clinicians, and Physitrack does not select billing codes or guarantee reimbursement.
