Physitrack is expanding its healthcare technology offering with an AI-powered electronic medical record and practice management platform designed to bring clinical documentation, scheduling, patient management and billing into one system.
The move broadens Physitrack’s role within physical therapy practices beyond its established exercise prescription and patient engagement services. Its EMR platform is aimed primarily at solo practitioners and smaller clinics looking to reduce the number of separate systems required to manage patients and day-to-day operations.
Physitrack’s platform combines patient intake, charting, scheduling and practice management with AI-assisted tools. An AI scribe can convert consultations into draft SOAP notes for review by clinicians, reducing the amount of manual documentation required following appointments.
The system can also recommend home exercise programmes using Physitrack’s library of more than 18,000 exercise videos. Recommendations remain subject to clinician approval before being provided to patients through PhysiApp, keeping clinical decisions with the healthcare professional.
An AI administrative agent is designed to handle routine practice management tasks using voice or text commands. Bringing these functions together is intended to reduce repeated data entry and allow information to move through a single patient record rather than between separate clinical and administrative systems.
Physitrack plc (PTRK.ST), together with its subsidiaries, provides digital healthcare solutions in the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, and internationally. It operates through two segments, Lifecare and Wellness.
