Manx Financial Group plc (LON:MFX) has announced that its 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on the 18 June 2026 at The Claremont Hotel, 18-22 Loch Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2LX.  Notice of the AGM, proxy forms and the Statutory Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2025 have been posted to Shareholders.

A copy of the AGM Notice and the Statutory Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2025 are available for download from the Company’s website www.mfg.im.
