Hercules Site Services announces availability of Annual Report and AGM details

Hercules Site Services plc (LON:HERC), a leading technology enabled labour supply company for the UK infrastructure sector, has announced that the Company’s Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2023, together with the notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy, have been posted to shareholders and are now available on the company’s website:

Non-Executive Chairman Henry Pitman said “After a year of significant growth, the outlook for Hercules remains very positive”

The AGM will be held at 4.00 p.m. on 11 March 2024 at Hercules Court, Lakeside Business Park, South Cerney, Cirencester, GL7 5XL, further details of which are contained in the notice convening the AGM.
