Fibo’s work with Charteroak gives investors a clear example of how the company’s wall panel system can support projects where timing, finish and operational reliability all matter.
Charteroak specialises in high-end lodge accommodation. For its latest bathroom refurbishment, the brief was straightforward but demanding. The bathroom had to be renovated ahead of a busy holiday season, with guest bookings already in place and limited room for delay.
The project had a four-week completion window. For a hospitality operator, that kind of timetable can affect revenue readiness. A delayed refurbishment could mean disruption, lost flexibility or pressure on handover. Fibo’s wall panels helped Charteroak manage that risk by offering a faster alternative to traditional tiling and grouting.
The bathroom itself also had to meet the expectations of premium holiday accommodation. It needed to look considered, clean and high quality, while also standing up to regular use by guests. In high-turnover settings, materials must be easy to maintain and reliable over time. The panels address practical pressures around installation speed, cleaning efficiency, durability and long-term appearance.
The project used Olive Green Straight Herringbone panels to create a premium bathroom finish with depth and texture. The result was aligned with the wider luxury lodge setting, while still supporting the operational needs of the site. The panels also offered antimicrobial properties designed to help inhibit bacteria, mould and mildew, which is relevant in hospitality environments where bathrooms must be cleaned quickly and consistently between guest stays.
