Drax Group plc Completes acquisition of Scottish Power portfolio

Drax Group plc (LON:DRX) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Scottish Power’s portfolio of pumped storage, hydro and gas-fired generation, which comprises Scottish Power Generation Group and its wholly owned subsidiary, SMW.

The Acquisition was originally announced on 16 October 2018.
