Corero retains star status in 2026 DDoS protection market assessment

Corero Network Security

Corero Network Security has been named a Star in the 2026 MarketsandMarkets DDoS Protection and Mitigation Market report for the second consecutive year, moving further within the category compared with its 2025 position.

The recognition reflects continued development of Corero’s cybersecurity portfolio, including enhancements to its SmartWall ONE platform, AI-assisted cloud protection and expanded international partnerships.

SmartWall ONE provides real-time detection and automated mitigation of distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks across network and application layers, including protection against encrypted HTTPS and TLS attacks. The company’s CORE platform extends its offering into traffic analysis, application security and Zero Trust Admission Control.

Corero has also expanded its partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Southeast Asia, alongside existing alliances with Akamai and HPE Juniper Networking. Its technology is used in Akamai’s Prolexic On-Prem DDoS protection solution.

The MarketsandMarkets assessment evaluates vendors based on product breadth, functionality, estimated product revenue, market share and ranking. Corero’s continued Star classification provides external recognition of its product development and market presence as demand for network protection evolves.

Corero Network Security plc (LON:CNS) is a global provider of automated business continuity and network security solutions.
