Sintana Energy Inc (TSX-V:SEI, OTCQX:SEUSF) is a public oil and natural gas exploration company listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange. The Company has strategic exposure to major offshore and onshore projects in Namibia, which has emerged as a world class hydrocarbon province, an onshore project in the Kwanza Basin, Angola and the unconventional potential in the prolific Magdalena Basin in Colombia.

The Sintana management team has over 200 years of combined international oil and gas experience, and has operated companies with over 150,000 boepd in more than 20 countries.

Sintana Energy has a portfolio of onshore and offshore projects with significant resource potential. The company holds non-operating and predominately carried interests in 5 offshore and 1 onshore license in Namibia. Sintana recently entered Angola with the acquisition of an interest in one block in the Kwanza Basin. In Colombia, historic work includes drilling of a test well to evaluate the unconventional resource potential at VMM-37 by ExxonMobil.

NAMIBIA PROJECTS

Provides unique and strategic exposure to both offshore and onshore projects in Namibia. The Orange Basin is poised to become one of Africa’s top offshore oil frontiers, with strong interest in upcoming appraisal and development drilling.

OFFSHORE NAMIBIA

PEL 83 is home to the world class Mopane discovery which is being further appraised by Gulp. PEL 90 is adjacent to the Venus-1 superfan oil discovery. PEL 87 contains one of the largest sub-sea fan complexes identified in Africa – “Saturn Superfan”. PEL 79 directly offsets the massive Kudu Gas Field

ONSHORE

Block KON-16, located within Angola’s Kwanza Basin, holds significant untapped potential. In Namibia the Onshore licence is located 40 miles from block being developed by ReconAfrica – initial technical work supports extension into our block.

THE MIDDLE MAGDALENA BASIN

The Middle Magdalena Basin is located in north-central Colombia between the Central and Eastern Ranges of the Andes covering an area of 34,000 square kilometres (13,000 sq mi). The basin is an important producer of oil in Colombia producing from reservoirs in the Colorado, Mugrosa, Esmeraldas and La Paz formations. Secondary reservoirs include the Lisama and La Luna formations.

UNCONVENTIONAL IN COLUMBIA

The emerging Unconventional Shale Play in the Magdalena Basin has the potential to produce a multi billion barrel oil discovery.
