Cerillion confirms Greg Price appointment as Chief Financial Officer

Cerillion plc (LON:CER), the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, has confirmed that Greg Price will join the Company as Chief Financial Officer and will be appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors on 1 May 2026. The disclosure below outlines further details required by AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
