Altitude Group plc announced today the launch of Think Promo Now, a white label ChannlPro solution that allows those in the printing industry to supplement their business with promotional products. Think Promo Now will allow Printing Impression subscribers to have access to the $23 billion promotional products industry through a custom order management platform, personalized websites and a specialized client interface.

Mark J Subers, President of Printing, Packaging and Publishing at NAPCO Media, said: “We believe this platform provides a significant opportunity for our audience, the printers, to quickly get up and running and generating profit by extending their services to include promotional products.”

Immotion Group PLC announced the launch of its exciting immersive space themed ride “Delta Zero”. Delta Zero allows customers to board their own virtual spacecraft and go on a high-speed mission through the universe, battling enemy forces in an attempt to save civilization from the threat of advanced alien technology.

FireAngel Safety Technology Group plc announced the launch of its extended FireAngel Connect product range. FireAngel Connect uses FireAngel’s Wi-Safe 2 wireless interlink technology to connect products across the Company’s smoke, heat, carbon monoxide and Wi-Safe 2 device range to a cloud-based system for remote monitoring and instant notifications. Alongside its Wi-Safe 2 network, FireAngel has developed solutions that integrate with leading smart home hubs. By utilising Z-Wave and Zigbee wireless communication technologies, FireAngel has the potential to connect with other devices and offer additional functionality.

Oxford Metrics plc has launched Origin, a comprehensive new solution for the fast-growing location-based Virtual Reality (‘LBVR’) market. “Location-based Virtual Reality supercharges the standard Virtual Reality experience, physically transporting users into imaginative worlds. With the launch of Origin, we can now achieve a true “suspension of disbelief”. We have spent three years developing a solution which delivers a flawless experience for participants and makes the virtual ever more real”, said Nick Bolton, CEO of Oxford Metrics.

Avesoro Resources Inc. announced the release of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2018. H1 saw Gold production of 128,319 ounces, in line with full year 2018 guidance, revenues of US$165.9 million from gold sales of 125,838 ounces and Operating cash costs US$658 per ounce. While Q2 saw Gold production of 60,231 ounces in the Quarter, a decrease of 12% on the previous quarter, revenues of US$74.5 million from gold sales of 57,285 ounces and perating cash costs of US$698 per ounce.

Plus500 Ltd a leading online service provider for trading Contracts for Differences internationally, announced its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2018. Revenues up 147%, EBITDA up 195%, Net Profit up 189%, EPS up 191% and operating cash flow increased 222%.

IXICO plc today announced that it has signed an expanded scope to a current contract, with a top 10 pharmaceutical company. Additional services will be provided, increasing the value of the contract by £0.6m to £1.6m over the three year term. This new award has occurred within the first three months of the project; the original contract was announced on 14th May 2018.

Echo Energy plc announced that initial testing operations on the first well, ELM-1004, have now concluded during which dry gas has been succesfully produced to surface and the well has been suspended in anticipation of a subsequent hydraulic stimulation operation. During the testing programme the operator has found it challenging to completely isolate all the interpreted gas bearing zones from a deeper, highly productive water bearing zone, likely due to breakdown of cement behind the production casing during an acid stimulation designed to remove drilling formation damage.

Fusion Antibodies plc stated that trading to date for the current financial period ending 31 March 2019 (“FY19”) has been slower than anticipated due to increasing competition and consequential pricing pressures, as well as a delay in securing some large contracts. Therefore, the Directors anticipate that the results for FY19 will be significantly behind current market expectations.

Helios Underwriting plc announce that, in line with its strategy of increasing underwriting capacity through acquisition, on 10th August 2018, it has conditionally agreed to acquire Fyshe Underwriting LLP, a limited liability member of Lloyd’s of London for a consideration of £68,630 in cash.

SIMEC Atlantis Energy, a diversified sustainable energy generation company, has provide an operational update for its flagship 220MW conversion project in Uskmouth, Wales. Post conversion, the station will export 220MW of baseload power to the grid using an end-of-waste energy pellet with an average calorific value of 20 mega joules per kg. The conversion is expected to take 18 months post completion of front end engineering and design with a target of first production in Q4 2020 and the converted station will have an operational life of 20 years.

Reabold Resources Plc announced that Integrity Management Solutions, contract operator of the California licences in which Reabold has options to invest, expects to spud the Venturini-Ginochio #3 well on the West Brentwood license this week. The drilling site has been constructed and the rig is currently being mobilised. This is the first of a planned multi-well campaign on the California assets, in which Reabold has the right to earn a 50% interest.

Sound Energy plc the Moroccan focused upstream gas company, has announced the mobilisation of the National 110 IE (1500HP) land drilling rig owned by Saipem SpA to the TE-9 well pad, which is currently under construction on the Tendrara licence, onshore Morocco. The rig, which was used for all the Company’s previous wells in Morocco, is expected to be utilised for TE-9, TE-10 and TE-11.
