JD Sports targets Mexican growth with 140+ store franchise expansion
JD Sports has partnered with Grupo Axo to launch in Mexico from 2027, giving the Group access to a large, growing sportswear market while advancing its ‘JD Brand First’ strategy through a franchise-led model.

METLEN sells Tamarico II solar and battery storage project in Chile
METLEN has agreed to sell the Tamarico II hybrid renewable energy project in Chile’s Atacama Region to Copec Flux. The project combines 165 MW of solar capacity with a 725 MWh battery energy storage system, expandable to 925 MWh.
